We offer comprehensive eye exams for the entire family. Having your eyes evaluated each year is the best way to enjoy optimal vision throughout your life. During a comprehensive eye exam, the doctor will perform several different tests and procedures to check your vision as well as the overall health of your eyes. We also offer our comprehensive eye exams at your location with or without our equipment. For example at assisted living centers, company locations, special facilities, etc.
Contact Lenses
Our doctor has the expertise to fit the right contact lenses for your eyes. We fit and evaluate a variety of lenses including soft, disposal, color, gas permeable, monovision, astigmatic and bifocal contact lenses. We also fit contact lenses for patients with keratoconus and specialty cosmetic lenses for patients with ocular injuries. Lasik
We offer a comprehensive evaluation to find out if you are a good candidate for one of the many advanced laser correction procedures. Pre- and post-op Lasik treatment plans are designed in conjunction with our Lasik affiliates such as TLC and Dr. Boutros.
Medical Eye Exams
Many eye and vision conditions present no obvious symptoms. Regular eye exams aid in early detection and treatment of many ocular conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. Eye exams also help in the early detection of many systemic conditions such as diabetes, hyper tension, high cholesterol. Also, emergency eye conditions such as foreign body removal, treatment of eye and lid infections, corneal abrasions, and many ocular allergic conditions are treated on a regular basis in our office.
Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation
Neuro-optometric rehabilitation refers to treating related neurological conditions, such as traumatic brain injury, that are causing vision problems. Reading difficulties, double vision, visual inattention and side loss vision can all be connected to neurological conditions, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation can help. This treatment uses lenses, selective occlusion, vision therapy, prisms and a variety of other treatments to try to restore proper vision.
